I began as an interior architect, working on restaurants, offices, schools, hotels and homes. Today I bring that experience to real estate.
About
Before I show you a home I tell you about its layout, its light and whether it suits you. I do not work to persuade you into a listing; I work to find the home that fits you, in the right place and with the right plan.
I am with Keller Williams Platin & Karma's Zekeriyaköy office and I live in the area. I know the estates as a neighbour; I can tell which home suits whom without opening the listing.
I shoot the photos and videos myself. What I felt when I first saw the home is what goes on the site and on Instagram; no filter.
How I work
Observation first, listing second
I read the home itself, not its listing text. I tell you what I see, good or bad.
Price on day one
I say plainly that a price above the market prolongs the sale. We look at the reasoning together.
Updates never stop
I write every week: who viewed the home, what they said, what comes next.

Background in architecture
I spent years on building sites. I worked on many restaurants and school buildings, as well as hotels and homes. In the trade, most people know me for restaurants and offices rather than for houses.
That background is useful in two ways today. When we view a home, I know from site experience what can be changed and roughly what it will cost. And if you are looking for a shop, a restaurant or an office, I read the space against what the business needs.
