Data controller
The data controller for this website is Damla Sübar, an estate agent at the Keller Williams Platin & Karma office. Your personal data is processed in line with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (KVKK).
What the site collects
The site does not ask you to register and does not store form data. Fonts, images and videos are served from the site's own server. The hosting service keeps technical records such as IP address and browser details for a short time, for security and error tracking.
The meeting form
What you type into the meeting form is not stored on the site. The form only prepares the text of a WhatsApp or email message that you send yourself; whether to send it is up to you.
WhatsApp, phone and email
When you contact me by WhatsApp, phone or email, your name, contact details and the details of your request are used only to arrange our meeting and deal with your request; they are not shared with third parties. The legal grounds are steps taken before entering into a contract and legitimate interest (KVKK article 5). The privacy terms of those channels also apply.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not need cookies to work. Google Analytics, which counts visits, runs only if you give consent; if you decline, no analytics cookie is set. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the page. If you consent, analytics data is processed on Google's servers outside Türkiye.
How long data is kept
Messages are kept until your request is concluded and the statutory retention periods have passed; they are then deleted.
Your rights
Under article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to object to processing. You can write to the email address at the bottom of the page; I reply within thirty days at the latest.
