Three-storey villas
On estates such as Terrace Hayat the villas have three floors and offer their own entrance on a modest footprint. Whether life with stairs suits you is something we discuss at the viewing.
Estate facilities
Security, an outdoor pool, a playground, a generator and covered parking are common on the newer estates. Some run a shuttle to Hacıosman metro.
Who it suits
Families with small children or expecting one, who want distance from the city without cutting the tie. We go through school options and shuttle routes estate by estate.
